Every question goes to a person, not a form. Message us on WhatsApp about a frame, a fit, an order or Atelier lenses.

Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon. The delivery fee is shown at checkout and paid by the client. Your concierge confirms every order on WhatsApp before it leaves.

Exchanges

You can exchange a frame for another colour or another frame of the same value, as long as it is unworn and in its original pouch. Arrange it with your concierge on WhatsApp; delivery for exchanges is paid by the client. We don't offer cash refunds. Atelier lenses are made to order and can't be exchanged.

Care

• Clean the lenses with the microfiber cloth and keep the frame in its pouch.
• Never set the glasses lens-down on a hard surface.
• Keep acetone, nail polish remover, alcohol and other solvents away from the acetate.
• Heat warps acetate: don't leave the glasses in a parked car.
• After the sea or a pool, rinse with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth.

Finding your fit

Guest List suits smaller faces. Private Table suits larger faces. Second Glass suits every face shape. Cabana suits round, square, oval and heart-shaped faces. Each product page lists the lens, bridge and temple measurements.
